1. How can I switch simcards with the dual sim adapter?
Just turn your phone off and on again. This way you switch simcards.
There is a quick code for most Nokia phones. It is *3370#. With this code you do not have to turn your phone off manually.
2. I am afraid of cutting my simcards. Is it dangerous?
No, not really. Just follow our instruction manual step-by-step.
You can also buy our cutter. The cutter cuts out the simcards very quickly and precisely.
3. I do not want to cut my simcards. I would rather like to use a normal dual simcard holder, but my mobile phone is not listed. What can I do?
Check the shapes of the 5 dual simcard types. If you think that the shape will fit your phone, it probably will work.
We are finding new compatible mobile phones all the time and we add them to our list.
4. I do not have a credit card. How can I pay?
You can pay through paypal or by money transfer.

5. What is call divert and how can I receive phonecalls on both numbers at the same time?
Call divert means that you send all calls for your 2 nd number to your 1 st number.
This way, you can receive calls on both numbers. Be aware of the fact that a call divert is mostly free of charge if both numbers are on the same network but not free if your numbers are on different networks.
6. I have followed your instruction manual but all I get is an “INSERT SIM” message.
In most cases, it helps to increase the pressure on the dual sim adapter. Just use some thick paper or tissue and place it on the holder.
You can also try to insert the dualsim adapter without the socket.

8. My phone is locked to a certain card and provider, will the dual sim adapter work for my phone?
No. Our dual sim adapter only works with unlocked phones.
But you can find many unlock services on the internet.
9. Can you send me a sample? I would like to try the dual sim out first.
Sorry we do not send out free samples.
10. Can I use similar pin numbers for the 2 simcards?
We do not recommend to use the same pin number for both simcards, although it is possible.
We recommend to have at least two different pin numbers.
11. Does the Dual Sim Adapter work with Smartphones and PDA’s?
Yes it works. Smartphones and Pda’s usually need to go through the flightmode and back in order to make the simcard change happen.
12. I use a Sony Ericsson K750 and a W810i but I cannot find the Dual Sim Menu entry in my phone. Where is it?

13. What is the difference between Digital Dualsim 2 and Hypercard 2?
Both dual sim adapters create an entry in your phone where you can switch simcards. Digital Dual Sim 2 has an autoswitch option, whereas hypercard 2 gives you the option to rename sim 1 and sim 2, preferably with the equivalent phone number. This number will then be displayed in the shypercard menu and on the main screen (if supported by provider)
